The Fine Print to make You Happy!

 

What is an invitation suite?

Invitation suites are any combination of the wedding invitation elements that you wish. It can be a suite as small as the invitation and envelope or as extravagant as the invitation, RSVP card with envelope, reception card, directions card and envelope! You can even add ribbon to tie it all together. Mostly, it’s all up to you!

 

How do I pay?

We accept credit, debit and e-check payments. You will receive an emailed invoice in which to pay. Submit a 25% deposit before we begin designing and submit your final payment at the time of your last approval before we start printing.

 

Can I receive a sample?

If you live in the Leesburg/Albany, Georgia area, we are happy to schedule an appointment with you to go over printing samples in person. Please email us at hello@thehappytoo.com, and we’ll be in touch!

 

What is the minimum order quantity?

Most styles of invitations must be ordered in sets of 25. It is recommended that you order a minimum of 10 extra for keepsakes and any last minute guests.

 

What is the estimated timeline?

Once the contract is signed, and the deposit is paid, we will add your project to our production schedule and send your first proof to your email within 72 hours. If you have chosen a fully custom design, it may take up to 7-10 days to receive your first proof. Once final proof is approved, and balance paid, printing requires 1-2 weeks. We will give you an expected date of delivery following the final approval. If we assemble or address your invitation suites, this may extend the timeframe.

The Happy Too will strive to work within the schedule provided, but it is essential for the client also to cooperate promptly. We will not be responsible for not meeting deadlines due to delayed customer action or response.

 

Can I rush my order?

It’s best to make contact with us at least 4-6 weeks before needing your printed product in your hands. However, we do provide the option to rush your order. Rush orders are accepted depending on availability and the requirements of the design. Rush orders will add a charge to your order total. Email us to request a rush, and we will be sure to get back to you promptly!

 

How are your pricing and quotes handled?

We will work diligently with you and your budget. Let us know your preferences, and we will send you a quote!

We reserve the right to change quotes without notice. Quotes are valid for 30 days. Prices can vary while we are working on your project if the project requirements change - upping the quantities, changing the paper choices, change of design, etc. You will be notified of these cost updates as necessary when your proof is sent to you.

 

How many proofs will I receive?

Once receiving the first proof, you have the opportunity to make three rounds of revisions so that we can make your order perfect! After four proofs and three revision rounds, a fee of $20 per additional revision round will be applied to your order.

 

Do you accept returns?

We want you to be 100% happy with your custom wedding invitations. Due to the nature of custom items, refunds cannot be offered, but we will happily work with you to correct any problem that arises. If your project has gone into the production process, you are responsible for the entire amount as stated in your contract.

 

What if a cancellation is needed?

If for unforeseen reasons, out of our control, we cannot complete your order, then we will return your deposit. We will contact and refund you as soon as we possibly can.

If you choose to cancel with us at any time before your designs going to the printing press, you will forfeit your deposit payment(s). If you have made a complete and final payment, this means the printing was started and cannot be canceled.

 

How accurate is the color on proofs?

We do our best to ensure that what you see on-screen is what you see in-person, but ultimately, colors may vary slightly. The range of colors that are possible on a computer screen is far greater than the range of colors that are possible in print.  

 

How do you address my envelopes?

We will digitally address your envelopes with a return address and/or guest address for a fee which will be added to your quote and invoice. We will send you an Excel spreadsheet in which to enter guests and addresses. We will NOT make any changes to the information you provide on the template, so be sure that spellings and abbreviations are precisely the way you want the information on the envelope. Please have ALL addresses ready to print at the time of submission. Additions or changes are acceptable with a service fee.

 

Do you assemble my invitation suites?

We will assemble invitation suite sets for a fee if requested. If an assembly of invitation suites are not applied for and billed, the stationery items will be sent ready for you to assemble.

 

How do you handle shipping?

The Happy Too is not responsible for any damages incurred during shipping and/or mailing of invitations that are not delivered. Any shipping charges will be added to your final invoice.

 

Do you use my design in the future? Can I send you inspiration designs that I like?

All designs are the property of The Happy Too. We retain all rights to use the stationery designs for display or other clients. Also, it is important to us that every piece of stationery we create is our own. Sending inspiration to give an idea of your style is excellent! But please, don’t ask us to copy a design for you, with slight changes. We want to respect those designers as we would like to be respected.
